Races
The world's richest horse race takes place here - the Dubai World Cup. October to April sees top jockeys competing most weekends.

Burj Al Arab
The world's only 7-star hotel has a sail shape as its signature. Lavish interiors, swirling carpets, gold trimmings and startling blue-hued atrium and dazzled even the richest.
