We have two ideas for holidays this year: river cruise on the Rhone/Saone and Prague/Vienna/Budapest city break. Can you offer any advice on which tour company offers best deals and when is best time to travel?

One of the best Coach tours that take in the destinations you mentioned plus some others is run by Kumuka.
