Who do I complain to if I have a complaint about an airline?
Start with the carrier in the first instance. If you get no joy then contact the government's watchdog, The Air Transport Users Council Tel: 020 7240 6061, www.auc.org.uk. They may intercede on your behalf. If this fails you could turn to the small claims court for claims up to ?5000 alhtough this may be a lengthy process.
