Canterubry Tales
The Canterbury Tales is an award winning visitor attraction giving visitors the opportunity to experience the sights, smells and sounds of the era. Join Chaucer and his band of pilgrims as they embark on a journey from The Tabard Inn in London the shrine of St Thomas Beckett in the Canterbury Cathedral. The Canterbury Tales' brings to life five of Chaucer's Canterbury Tales in an accessible and educational manner.
The attraction is an entertaining and enjoyable day out for the whole family as well as being an excellent introduction to life in medieval Canterbuy and the work of one of the greatest literary artists. Inside the historic building of St Margaret's Church, visitors can step back in time and experience medieval Canterbury and meet Geoffrey Chaucer and his colourful characters as they journey from London towards the shrine of St Thomas Becket.
Open: daily from 10am to6pm.
