bmi has been appointed the official airline carrier for the Barbados Darts Festival 2007. The festival will be taking place in October on the beautiful Caribbean island and will be hosted by three times world champion, John Lowe.

Lisa Meredith, consumer leisure marketing manager at bmi comments: “It is great to sponsor a festival which encourages people to visit Barbados and enjoy all the island has to offer. Flying direct from Manchester and with excellent connections from airports throughout the UK, bmi is the perfect airline to support the Darts Festival.”

The Barbados Darts Festival has been designed to provide darts players from the UK with three days of top competition, and runs from 25 October – 5 November.

bmi currently flies direct from Manchester to Barbados three times a week .bmi also flies from Manchester direct to Chicago daily, to Las Vegas twice a week and to Antigua once a week.
