hi, i am only taking hand laguage on a short haul flight, i am ok to cary on in a clear plastic bag, blushes and eye shadow's, is this still counted as a liquid? Thanks

Yes, it is best to put your make-up in a clear plastic bag, that way there won't be any problems.
