Love truly does hurt, and this Valentine’s Day [Saturday February 14th] the London Dungeon will be inviting all visitors who have felt its bloody burn to release their anti-valentine’s wrath and curse their exes to the skies.

In return for £5 off entry, visitors may bring a photograph of their ex to rip up and throw in the Dungeon’s smoking cauldron, and choose a curse to read out over it from the Dungeon’s authentic list of love crimes and corresponding curses.

A spokesperson for the Dungeon says “The London Dungeon is an unusual but extremely popular Valentine’s Day venue – a lot of couples come to us on their first dates. Being terrified in the dark together is certainly one way to break the ice quickly.

But there’s nothing worse than Valentine’s Day if your ex has treated you badly or if you just detest the commercialism of the whole day as a card selling machine. We thought we’d provide an alternative for all those that find Valentine’s Day nauseating.”

Visitors wanting to take advantage of the ‘Hex Your Ex’ offer need to bring a photo of their ex and show it at the door of the attraction on February 14th 09, where they will be asked to rip it up and throw it into a cauldron and curse it in return for £5 off entry.
