World Cup In Germany

If you are contemplating going to Germany for the cup final, then you had better get the ball rolling.

You can still get tickets in one of the two tickets sales- maybe. One is on 15th February to 15 April and the second is 01 May to 9th July. You can apply during these times and you will be put into a ballot. So you just have to keep your fingers crosse that your name will be chosen.

Single tickets are available in four price ranges starting at 35 euros to 100 euros. The cheapest ticket for the Final costs 120 euros and the most expensive 600 euros.

But what if you don't get tickets? Should you still go? It is a risk but you may be able to buy them from ticket touts - but at what price? Or you can just go to be there soaking up the football fever while watching on big screens in various bars.

To get there, fly to Berlin to one of its three airports:

Tegel in the north east, 5 miles from the ceity centre
Sch?nefeld in the south-east, 11 miles from the centre
Tempelhof, located four miles to the south of the centre
