Do you know that the cuisine is the only domain which requires us to use all five of our senses? In his restaurant Arômes House, situated in the northern suburbs of Nice in France, the chef Romain Fayas invites us for a culinary and sensory experience by combining gastronomy cuisine with the Kitchen’s Fabrik cooking class.
The concept of participative cuisine is based around the idea that a restaurant evening with friends is not just about eating but about learning, having fun and participating in an experience shared with friends. This small restaurant comfortably hosts up to eight guests, allowing for an intimate and convivial atmosphere. If you are just joining friends but do not feel like cooking, relax with a glass while watching them prepare your meal supervised by the chef.
This culinary experience costs 79 euros per person, which includes a cooking class, three course meal and a bottle of wine for 6 people. At the end of the class you are also given a technical description of the recipe so that you can recreate the dish at home. Duration of the course including dinner is approximatively 3h30.
