If you have a penchant for lemon sorbet, you have to try this new product. It’s a beer, it’s a dessert, and it’s exclusive to Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Covent Garden, available this summer until the limited batch runs out.
Get it as a Lemon sherbet Foam (£9) topped with a lush creamy meringue foam – it looks like the iconic head on a pint of Guinness, but this is all about lemon sorbet flavours.
You can try it at The Porter’s Table and Gilroy’s Loft (fish and seafood restaurant). Or get the sorbet as a Frozen Lemon Sorbet IPA (£10) with a blend of Lemon Sorbet IPA with limoncello at the Old Brewer’s Yard.
