Ibis double room

The busy Bath Road, running alongside London Heathrow Airport is lined with hotels catering for passengers wanting to stay close to the terminals, including Ibis London Heathrow Airport Hotel.

Let’s face it, it’s not a location that has a lot to offer, apart from the peace of mind it gives you knowing you’re not going to miss your flights because of transport snarl-ups. And that’s worth a lot, as you can get to the check-in desks at the airport on a ten-minute bus ride or an even shorter taxi ride.

For most people, this will just be a one night stand and the comfort of what they call the Ibis Sweet Bed plus the double glazed quietness means you’re guaranteed a restful night at this hotel. And bear in mind that the room rate is substantially less than an early morning taxi would cost you from central London, then this is definitely a bargain.
