Dinosaurs in The Wild is a virtual time-travel experience that shows what life was like 67 million years ago when dinosaurs existed.

Described by visitors as “simply magical” and “totally mesmerising”, this event gets you up close to the dinosaurs and provides a scientifically-accurate and educational experience.

Where

West Parkside (near junction with John Harrison Way), Greenwich Peninsula, London SE10 0BE. The closest tube station is North Greenwich (Jubilee line), just next to the O2 Arena, and it takes less than five minutes to walk to the venue.

How much

Tickets can be pre-booked, starting from £25 for advanced off-peak adult tickets. An advanced off-peak family tickets (2 adults and 2 children aged 5 upwards) costs £85.

What happens?

The experience begins with a stroll around the cretaceous plains before swiftly moving visitors into the TimeBase67 station.

This research station is where you can question the dino-scientists about dinosaur-related concepts and see prehistoric animals in cages, watch baby dinosaurs and witness an autopsy of a fully-grown dinosaur.

Learn all sorts of fun facts from dino-scientists at the research station.

The Wild from the TimeBase67’s ‘Lookout’ station offers a vast panoramic window with impressive views over the prehistoric space below – a perfect photo opportunity.

Other highlights include coming face to face with some strange looking dinosaurs – some are feathered or surprisingly colourful.

There is also a gift shop full of dinosaur goodies. There is no restaurant at the venue but paying visitors receive 15% discount at Greenwich Kitchen.
