Health: It is imperative to seek medical advice before travel. Jabs may be necessary for Diptheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, tuberculosis, Malaria, Rabies, Tetanus, Typhod and Yellow Fever. There may be risk of meningitis, tick-borne encephalitis and leishmaniasis. All water is regarded as a potential health risk.
Entry/Visa: A valid passport with six months before expiry is required. A visa is required and costs £55 for single entry. If a stay is to be longer than 30 days it is essential to register with the police within three days from arrival.
Notes:
Women are very retiring and will rarely take meals with visitors. Enthusiastic attempts to engage women in conversation may cause offence. Men and women should avoid wearing shorts.
