Ryanair has been forced to cancel flights from its new Edinburgh base for the next six weeks because of strike action at Boeing.
The BBC has reported that the industrial action has meant Boeing is now unable to deliver two 737 planes purchased to operate on the new routes.
Passengers booked to fly from Edinburgh on any of 11 new routes will be given a refund.
Ryanair’s Deputy Chief Executive, Michael Cawley, expressed his “sincere regret” at the postponement to the opening stops Ryanair flights of the new base, which was due to start operating on 5 November. He added that services were “indefinitely delayed”.

Vivian, according to Ryanair's website, the disruption affects the new routes. Flights to the following destinations have been cancelled:
From Edinburgh to: Lodz, Malaga, Bournemouth, Palma, Krakow, Poznan, Bratislava, Schonefeld, Billund, Skavsta, Wroclaw.
It looks like your flight to Marseille is going ahead and certainly, bookings are still being taken on the website.
